This position offers $39.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits.
Your PartAs a Maintenance Supervisor or as we like to call it, a Facilities Manager
, you’re super skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty and secretly admire Mac Gyver. You enjoy mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors. You’re detailed, organized, and know how to fix another’s mistake. Your skillset is “all‑in‑one”.
We support you in every aspect of management and provide you with the multimillion‑dollar community asset to maintain and preserve. We’re responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best. You’re also responsible for all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and carrying out the asset preservation objectives of ownership. That’s where you come in—boots on the ground keeping everything in working order.
WhatWe’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager
- Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential maintenance and grounds team.
- Deep commitment to apply your best in both high‑energy and emergency environments.
- Calmness in the face of disaster.
- Basic computer skills, namely Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Yardi Voyager experience is an extra tool in your toolbox.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree is a plus.
