Oversee club and equipment maintenance across all areas of UFC GYM Oxnard;
Perform monthly fire extinguisher checks and OSHA compliance tasks;
Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and maintain a maintenance log;
Coordinate with General Manager and Operations Manager on maintenance needs and repairs;
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain PM log per manufacturer specifications
