Overview
Maintenance Technician –
Location:
Ventura County. Pay: $21-23/hr DOE. Great benefits. Join our team! We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our housing community by ensuring apartments, buildings, and common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Perform maintenance and repairs across areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and complete work independently while ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of apartments, buildings, and common areas for residents.
- Provide reliable and courteous service with strong communication to residents and team members.
- Experience in apartment, property, or building maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Valid California driver s license and reliable transportation required.
