1700 N Rose Ave, Oxnard CA - M-F 7am - 3:30pm with possible OT

Responsible for troubleshooting - HVAC
- Basic Electrical
- Basic Plumbing Building office furniture Escorting vendors Daily building rounds for PM's Work on PM and CM work orders that come through Work order follow up
Licenses/Certifications:
EPA 609 EPA Universal
Must Have
Skills:
Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC skills Good communication skills Good customer service
Nice to have skills:
Experience working in a healthcare facility Commercial property experience
Years of
Experience:
3-5 years Education h.s. diploma, trade school is a plus Software skills:
Basic computer skills CMMS skills are a plus
