Position Summary

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and its equipment, supply management for the department to reduce and control cost. Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives. Manage a small hourly employee crew, fostering a supportive work environment. Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

Inventory management, documentation, interpretation of data, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, master sanitation schedule, SQF, SSOPs, and other duties assigned by the business.

Mathematical skills, data documentation, mechanical skills, organization and multitasking skills, communication, chemical safety, and knowledge of the 7 steps of sanitation.

Required

Education:

High school or equivalent OR minimum 5 years sanitation experience.

Required Experience: Understanding of basic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management knowledge, mechanical skills.
