Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs as part of the annual maintenance plan;
Conduct NSPIRE/HQS pre-inspections and routine walkthroughs, and assist with move-out and Ready-to-Rent inspections;
Document inspections and repairs using tablets/mobile devices and maintain accurate records;
Operate hand and power tools and assist with seasonal projects and ground preservation;
Coordinate with team to identify issues and initiate corrective work orders
