Night Shift Supervisor

This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift s position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from business to business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client - all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.

Duties of the position include:

• Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team
• Planning and preparing teamwork schedules
• Coaching and training
• Implementing 4M standards
• Ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Resolving client issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Hands-on cleaning alongside your team

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Janitorial experience
• Professional driving experience
• Supervisor experience is preferred
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation. Pass MVR
