Cafaro Company seeks motivated maintenance personnel for Kentucky Oaks Mall to perform a range of maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties, keeping common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff. You will landscape both interior and exterior areas, paint, and ensure restrooms are sanitary and presentable.
Snow removal, repairs, and lighting upkeep are also part of the role, with seasonal tasks as needed.
