Commercial Cleaner​/Janitor

We are hiring to clean public buildings in Painesville that require daily care for floors, restrooms, consumables, and disinfection. Candidates must have reliable transportation, pass a drug test and background check.

Part‑time, 20 hours weekly across three sites.
Job Site 1:
Monday – Friday, 3–5 p.m.
Job Site 2:
Monday – Friday, 5–6 p.m.
Job Site 3:
Monday – Friday, 5–6 p.m.
Pay: $15 per hour with above‑average industry rates.

• Clean floors: dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, clean toilets and urinals.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and order supplies as needed.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas, including laundry.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Use communication book to request consumables and share relevant facility information.
• Communicate with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
