Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and complex travel planning (both commercial and private aviation).
  • Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, create detailed itineraries.
  • Support multiple Principals with varying schedules and expectations, requiring flexibility and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee office management and day-to-day operations to ensure a professional, well-run environment.
  • Manage household-related coordination for local residences, including housekeeping staff, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping responsibilities, including Quick Books support for leadership and affiliated business entities.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy across schedules, travel, and financial tasks while anticipating needs and minimizing friction for executives.
  • Additional responsibilities may include a combination of professional and personal support, evolving with the needs of the role.
Ideal Experience
  • Degree preferred but not required; professionalism, maturity, and discretion are essential.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similarly sophisticated support role.
  • Exposure to investment, finance, or professional services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Quick Books and general ledger support.
  • Kind, cordial, upbeat, and naturally service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working with demanding personalities and shifting priorities without disruption.
  • Private aviation experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
