Key Responsibilities

Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
Work with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claims meet factory requirements
Track and reconcile warranty receivables and outstanding claims
Maintain documentation and files required for manufacturer warranty audits
Help maintain a high standard of warranty compliance within the service department
Process and submit Kia warranty claims accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience
Strong understanding of repair orders, labor operations, and warranty documentation
Experience working inside a high-volume dealership service department
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work closely with service management, advisors, and technicians
