Repaired and Relieved is looking for a skilled Project Manager / Estimator to help homeowners solve exterior repair and replacement problems while delivering an exceptional customer experience from inspection to project completion.

This role combines:

We are looking for someone who can professionally inspect projects, educate homeowners, build trust, create accurate estimates, and help ensure projects are completed successfully.

This is NOT high-pressure sales.

• Meet homeowners onsite for inspections and consultations
• Diagnose exterior repair and replacement issues
• Create detailed repair and replacement estimates
• Educate homeowners on proper repair solutions
• Take measurements, photos, and project notes
• Perform decking repairs as needed
• Communicate project scope clearly and professionally
• Follow up with customers and answer questions
• Manage customer expectations throughout projects
