• Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
• Assist with the on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.
• Interface with owners, subcontractors and architects.
• Daily communication with your project teammates.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction‑related college degree is preferred.
• Limited travel may be required.
• Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Project) and preferably Procore.
• Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization.
• Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Compensation: $80,++.
