Architectural Designer

We're seeking a talented and driven Architectural Designer to help lead the design and delivery of innovative architectural projects that positively impact the communities we serve.

This role is ideal for an experienced design professional who combines creative vision with technical expertise and enjoys collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring exceptional projects to life. You'll play a key role in guiding projects from early concept development through construction documentation while mentoring team members and helping maintain the highest standards of design excellence.

• Lead design development and construction documentation for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to develop thoughtful and effective design solutions.
• Create compelling conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials that communicate design intent.
• Maintain project quality standards through ongoing quality control and document review.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate project documentation and design efforts across multiple concurrent projects.
• Mentor and support emerging design professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Assist project management staff with schedules, design deliverables, and project coordination.
• Conduct site visits as needed to support design reviews and project objectives.
• Research emerging materials, technologies, and design trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Five to ten years of architecture design experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and related architectural design software.
• Demonstrated experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction standards.
• Knowledge of ADA accessibility requirements and inclusive design principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong graphic and visual presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts using current and emerging software technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Ideal candidate will have site planning and project management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design creativity and technical excellence.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and supporting team development.
• Ability to independently manage complex design tasks with minimal supervision
