What We're Looking For In You:

For Director:

  • College or university degree with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 10+ years in early childhood, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must meet all state educational and licensing requirements for Director.

For Assistant Director:

  • College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.

Your Role As A Leader:

As a Director or Assistant Director, you will:

  • Oversee center operations including staff, families, enrollment, and quality standards.
  • Partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes.
  • Support teachers in implementing Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes.
  • Interact directly with children to support learning, play, and development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Assist with staff evaluations, feedback, and training.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Continue your own professional development while inspiring your team to do the same.
