We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent to join the Builtech family.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment forallroles, including
  
  Project
  
  Managers,Superintendents, Estimators,Office Management, Accounting and Site Assistants
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industrynetworksand employee referrals
• Conduct initial interviewstoevaluate candidate fit for the position and Builtech
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
• Manageand support participation incareer fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor regulations
• Build andmaintaina talentpipelinefor future hiring needs
• Negotiate and extend offers
• Manage pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hirepaperworkand scheduling candidate onboarding experience

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in constructionor related field
• Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of construction job functions, and industry challenges
• Proficiencyinrecruitingplatforms, Linked In Recruiter,Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
