We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent to join the Builtech family.
Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment forallroles, including
Project
Managers,Superintendents, Estimators,Office Management, Accounting and Site Assistants - Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industrynetworksand employee referrals
- Conduct initial interviewstoevaluate candidate fit for the position and Builtech
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
- Manageand support participation incareer fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor regulations
- Build andmaintaina talentpipelinefor future hiring needs
- Negotiate and extend offers
- Manage pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hirepaperworkand scheduling candidate onboarding experience
- Uphold and represent
Builtech’sCore Values:

- Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of construction job functions, and industry challenges
- Proficiencyinrecruitingplatforms, Linked In Recruiter,Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
