They are adding a QA Manual Tester. If you have experience testing Windows and virtualization applications, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for identifying software issues across multiple operating systems and web browsers, while developing and maintaining comprehensive test cases. This role requires close collaboration with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical QA Test Engineer role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, negotiation)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience testing desktop applications in different Windows environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
- Experience testing applications in virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) and remote access scenarios.
- Proficiency in functional, regression, and UI testing techniques.
- Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and ability to validate data integrity and CRUD operations.
- Experience using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, Test Rail, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Ability to write and maintain clear, comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports
- Basic scripting or automation skills, preferably with tools like Power Shell, Selenium, or Test Complete.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and isolate issues in virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices in agile or hybrid environments.
