Overview
Student aide position working at the front desk of a computer lab, assisting students and staff as needed.
Responsibilities- Assist students and staff with logging in, locating software, and printing.
- Work with the Service Desk and IT to report any issues with hardware and software.
- Resolve questions or problems as they arise in a customer service role at the front desk.
- Must be a registered Harper College student with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues as they arise.
- Customer service experience is helpful.
