REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Qualifications- Great customer service skills to assist students and staff when using various technology-based resources
- Good interpersonal relations, communication, and organizational skills
- Evidence of good judgment, trustworthiness, and flexibility
- Exhibit good leadership capabilities and self-direction
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Apple operating systems
- Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations
- Proficiency in resource management system (such as Follett)
- Set up new electronic devices
- Perform routine hardware maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- A+ certification, Dell hardware certification, and Apple certification preferred
