Logistics Coordinator
LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing logistics company seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You will be the go-to for shipment tracking and proactive communication. Must have prior logistics experience, specifically candidates with backgrounds such as Dispatcher, Domestic Coordinator, Logistics Clerk, or Track and Trace Specialist.
- Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish
- Maintain accurate and detailed shipment records and notes
- Communicate delays or issues quickly to internal teams
- Collaborate with field offices, agents, and carrier networks
- Step in to resolve service disruptions with urgency
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
Logistics Coordinator Requirements
- Required prior experience in logistics including Dispatcher, Domestic Coordinator, Logistics Clerk, Track and Trace, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable navigating shipment tracking systems and technology
