Facilities Maintenance Technician

Midtown Athletic Clubs is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure our club facilities run smoothly.

• Consistently present a pleasant, attentive, and courteous attitude toward members, guests, and fellow associates.
• Identify and troubleshoot facility and fitness equipment repair on a daily basis.
• Provide regular upkeep and maintenance of all club property.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and follow through on preventative maintenance standards.
• Take pride in oneself and one's work.

• Minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Working knowledge in one or more of the following: roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting.
• Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for facilities and plant equipment.
• Preferred: certified pool operator designation.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues.
• Self‑directed with little supervision.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience).
