Schedule:
6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday mornings

ARE YOU THE WEEKEND HOPE CENTER ASSOCIATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
What You Need An open mind to all identities and the ability to respectfully work with multicultural communities
Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders
Ability to form relationships and build rapport with people from various cultural and socioeconomic groups
Ability to uphold our core values - Respect, Teamwork, Mission-Driven Work, and Commitment Ability to act quickly during emergencies
Willingness to proactively seek constructive feedback and adapt accordingly
Proficiency with Windows-based computers, Microsoft products, and online databases (or a willingness to be trained)

As our part-time Weekend Hope Center Associate, you'll help keep the mornings running smoothly at our center and work with your team to maintain a comfortable environment for clients, visitors, staff, and volunteers. You'll be the warm and friendly person who greets visitors and clients, answers questions, resolves concerns, and assists with various responsibilities as needed.
Throughout your shift, you'll document the morning's activities, observations, and any incidents that occur. You'll make sure to stay knowledgeable about our emergency procedures and protocols, so you can spring into action if the need arises. Helping out with other tasks as assigned, you'll make a positive impact every weekend!
