Compensation: $87,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience

• Active Illinois RN license
• Hospice experience required
• Strong communication and mentorship skills

The RN Team Lead is an entry-level leadership role designed for experienced hospice nurses who want to support and guide peers while remaining closely connected to patient care. This role provides leadership exposure without full administrative responsibility.

• Support and mentor a small group of RNs (typically 4–6)
• Assist with onboarding and real-time clinical guidance
• Serve as a first escalation point for day-to-day clinical issues
• Support coverage coordination as needed
• Act as a communication bridge between nursing staff and leadership
• Help promote consistency, quality, and team stability

Comfort working in real homes and facilities — where layouts vary, pets may supervise, and not every doorway was designed with healthcare in mind — while performing required job tasks.
