Position SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands‑on care to Residents while supporting their physical and emotional well‑being. CNAs are essential members of our care team and help create a warm, home atmosphere for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in Residents’ conditions
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with the policies of the Home
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Uphold the dignity and privacy of each Resident
- Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing
- CPR certification
- Previous long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate heart and commitment to serving the elderly
Drug test, criminal background check, and physical are required.
