Production AssociateSupports the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations sold on the sales floor. Meets pricing goals, follows pricing guidelines, and maintains an efficient donation flow to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
Donation AttendantGreets donors, accepts donations, organizes the production area by sorting incoming donations, and provides excellent customer service to donors and teammates.
Sales Floor AssociateOrganizes the sales floor, assists customers in finding items, serves as a Goodwill ambassador, offers outstanding customer service, answers questions, and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
CashierBuilds customer relationships, rings up sales transactions accurately, informs customers how their purchases help others get jobs, and ensures every customer leaves with a positive impression.

- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
Compensation is determined by education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria. Certain roles may participate in an incentive plan, which does not guarantee an incentive payment and is subject to change.
