At Repaired and Relieved, we specialize in exterior repairs, problem-solving, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their homes.

We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and enjoys solving challenging exterior repair issues.

This is NOT repetitive production work.

Every day is different and may involve:

• Flashing repairs
• Deck and railing repairs
• Siding and trim repairs
• Window and door repairs

We are looking for craftsmen and problem-solvers – not just laborers.

• Diagnose and repair exterior home issues
• Perform roofing, siding, flashing, trim, and carpentry repairs
• Identify underlying causes of leaks and exterior failures
• Safely work on ladders and rooftops
• Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite
• Take jobsite photos and document work performed
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Work safely and efficiently with team members
• Represent the company professionally in the field

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required
• Exterior repair or construction experience preferred
