This team builds complex platforms that help enterprise organizations manage and optimize virtual desktop environments across VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft ecosystems. Engineers work on technically challenging problems that directly impact large-scale enterprise IT operations, in a stable, collaborative culture with an average tenure of roughly eight years.

A successful candidate is a backend-focused engineer with strong Golang experience who enjoys working on performance‑driven infrastructure platforms and complex data‑driven systems. You’re comfortable owning features end‑to‑end, writing clean SQL, and contributing across the development lifecycle, including some Dev Ops and operational responsibilities. You likely have experience modernizing or scaling backend services, working with distributed systems, or building observability or analytics‑heavy products.

Most importantly, you’re pragmatic, collaborative, and motivated by building reliable software used by enterprise customers at scale.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of professional Golang experience
• 5+ years of professional SQL experience (linked or nested queries, indexes)
• Dev Ops experience

• Prior Java experience is a plus
• UI experience is a bonus
