The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations during their shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. This role requires setting a strong example and enforcing company policies at all times.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person

• Accurate and quick arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator use allowed
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, written, and telephone order processing skills
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise, rapid movements
• Typing or touch-screen order entry

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks

• Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck
• Cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stacking cases onto shelves up to 72 inches high

• Large cans weighing 3 lbs 7 ounces
• Pizza sauce up to 30 lbs
• Trays of pizza dough 12 lbs per tray, carried three at a time

Moving trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lbs.

Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders for maintenance tasks.

Additional job details include stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and use of tools and equipment.

• Deliver product by car to customer door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Insured vehicle available for delivery

• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within delivery area
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

• Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties
• Delivering multiple pizzas per shift
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle and between vehicle and customer location
• Climbing five or more flights of stairs during deliveries
