Theprimarypurposeofthepositionistoassistthe Maintenance Directorwiththeday -to-daymaintenanceandupkeepofthebuilding,grounds,equipment,andresidentareaswhilehelpingtoensureasafe,comfortableenvironmentforourresidentsandstaff.
Theidealcandidatewillhavebasicknowledgeandhands-onexperienceofmaintenanceproceduresandequipmenttoincludeplumbing,electrical,painting,HVAC,carpentryandroutinemaintenanceandbuildingsystemneeds.
Mustbegoodatproblemsolving,andhaveawillingnesstolearn,workwellwithotherteammembersandhavegoodorganizationalandcommunicationskills.
Experienceinanursinghome,healthcare facility,hospital,orsimilarsettingisaplus.
Mustbeabletoperformthephysicalrequirementsoftheposition,including lifting,bending,climbing ladders,andworkingbothindoorsandoutdoors.
Mustmeetallapplicablebackgroundscreeningandemploymentrequirementsforaskillednursingfacility.
