Reserve at Palestine (80 units Senior 55+ Community), Palestine, TX

Job Level: 1+ years experience

Position Type:
Full-time, 30 hours/week with on call emergencies

Pay: $21 per hour

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications

• Eligibility for semi-annual merit increases:
  January and July
