Evening Cleaning Team Lead​/Palestine

Full Time Team Lead – New Palestine

Shifts Available: 5 shifts per week, Mon - Fri
Flexible start times: between 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Pay: $16/hour, with bonus incentives at 90 days and in good employment standing tied to labor hour goals.

• We pay weekly on Fridays
• Two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 30‑minute break per shift.
• Paid employee taxes (we do not hire 1099 contractors)

• Team Lead duties: training, fill‑in work, supporting cleaning staff, submitting nightly report.
• Daily floor care: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
• General cleaning & disinfecting of business areas such as offices, kitchens, restrooms.
• Take‑home towels for washing when supplies low – small weekly bonus for this task.
• Trash removal.
• Restocking consumable items (paper towels, soap, toilet paper).
• Not responsible for carting supplies to jobs; each job is equipped.
