Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents and perform essential maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.
You will inspect units, repair fixtures, and handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, while performing preventive maintenance and exterior upkeep. Coordinate with the Property Manager and respond to resident requests promptly.
