School/Center: Jupiter Elementary School Location: 950 Tupelo Road, S. Palm Bay Position: CUSTODIAN Salary: Grade 15 $ 15.85 per hour Hours: 11-7:30 Contract: 12 Month Hours/Day: 8.0
Qualifications and Certifications- Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance equipment used on job.
- Pass physical abilities test.
REQUIRED: - Valid Florida Driver’s License
HEAVY WORK Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work. POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS/HAZARDS:
Intermittent light machinery noise and activity level. Indoor office environment most often with Indoor/Outdoor movement between pods/locations frequently. Intermittent noise and activity level. Requires Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, Finger Dexterity, Talking, Hearing, and Visual Acuity frequently.
