Monica Clean, LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Flagler County.

Our regular work schedule is Monday–Friday.

There is no regular weekend schedule for this position.

You’ll travel between client locations throughout Flagler County and provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning
• Following company cleaning systems, checklists, and procedures
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Paying attention to details and completing work to our quality standards
• Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
• Working independently while also contributing to the team

You don't need to know everything on day one. We will train you. What matters is that you're willing to learn, accept feedback, and do the job the right way.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable smartphone capable of running required work apps
• Ability to travel between client locations throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, scrub, and lift for approximately 6–7 hours per day
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must live within 15 miles of our service area

We provide paid training and teach you our cleaning systems and standards.
