Janitorial Supervisor – Acrisure Arena (6am – 2:30pm). Pay Rate: $22.67 per Hour.

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor. The role manages all administrative responsibilities for a designated shift and steps in as a General Cleaner when required, ensuring cleanliness and high service standards.

The Janitorial Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and receives work assignments directly from them.

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
• Control labor hours, material, and equipment costs.
• Communicate acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforce them.
• Ensure all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide employee training and communicate company/client policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-through inspections of the facility throughout the shift.
• Conduct in-service meetings with Team Leaders and employees.
• Respond to client requests.
• Report all accidents, injuries, or incidents immediately.
• Handle human resources concerns during shifts, including training, employee evaluations, and disciplinary/action reports.
• Maintain records for assigned shifts: checklists, sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports (billing sheets), time cards, inspection reports, team schedules, and safety reports.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure property details are completed.
• Ensure employees complete the job completion checklist and sign off.
• Complete all other duties and service requests as assigned by the Site Manager.
• Display a service-oriented mindset at all times, maintaining courtesy and diplomacy with residents, colleagues, management, vendors, and customers.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish skills for reading are beneficial.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Carry, push, or pull; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Climb up and down a ladder.
• Work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable transportation.

• Janitor/Cleaning experience.
• Supervising experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
