Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. The role requires constant physical activity, a positive attitude, and commitment to delivering a great member experience.

Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by:

• Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Cleaning all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, and operating floor scrubbers.
• Responding to spills, disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintaining appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating stock and placing orders when supplies are low.
• Following forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling and disposal guidelines, and company steel standard guidelines.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 – $26.00 per hour, with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation opportunities.
