The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep throughout the facility. This role supports the overall operation by helping maintain buildings, grounds, guest areas, equipment, and back‑of‑house spaces while ensuring the property is clean, safe, and ready for guests each day.
What You'll Do General Maintenance- Perform routine maintenance and repair work throughout the property
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall patching, door hardware, fencing, fixtures, and furniture
- Replace lighting, filters, ceiling tiles, and other building components as needed
- Assemble, install, move, and repair equipment, furniture, signage, and operational fixtures
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings, walkways, guest areas, employee spaces, and operational facilities
- Pressure wash sidewalks, patios, buildings, and outdoor spaces
- Remove trash, debris, and other hazards throughout the property
- Assist with landscaping support, irrigation adjustments, and general grounds maintenance as assigned
- Help prepare the property for daily operations, special events, and seasonal activities
- Perform scheduled inspections of buildings, equipment, and operational areas
- Identify maintenance concerns and report repair needs before they become larger issues
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs and routine inspections
- Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records
- Respond to maintenance requests throughout the property
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational support
- Support emergency maintenance situations when needed
- Work closely with Facilities, Operations, Food & Beverage, Guest Experience, and other departments to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or general repair work preferred
- Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, or general building maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete routine maintenance repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance, dependability, and strong time management skills
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour | Non‑Exempt | Hourly
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and business needs.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work for extended periods
- Ability to walk up to 1.5 miles and navigate stairs and uneven outdoor terrain during a shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
