Grounds Worker

Our client, a reputable organization in the hospitality and resort industry, is seeking a Grounds Worker to join their team. As a Grounds Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the resort operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grounds Worker

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range:

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort buildings, RV sites, and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and maintain resort amenities including pools, clubhouses, laundry facilities, fitness centers, and recreational areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

What's Needed?

• Previous maintenance experience in RV resorts, apartments, hotels, mobile home parks, or similar properties preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts when required.
