Company DescriptionThe Palm Springs Surf Club is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep and smooth operation of our facility. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the Surf Club property, including pools, surf equipment, buildings, landscaping areas, and guest-facing amenities. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-minded, and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for guests and staff.
Working closely with the Facilities and Operations teams, the Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, addressing repair needs promptly, and supporting a positive guest experience. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
As a Water Park Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall guest experience of our water park. This position requires a dedicated and skilled individual who is committed to maintaining all equipment, structures, and systems within the park. You will collaborate with a team of maintenance professionals to conduct routine inspections, perform repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the park operates smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration:
Work closely with other maintenance technicians and park staff to address maintenance issues promptly. Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff when required. Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager and report any significant maintenance concerns.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in outdoor and aquatic environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required.
