Custodian​/Pressure Washer - Part-time

As a Custodian, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. • Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, Floater
• Pay: $20/hour
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Pressure washer experience is a must

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Monitor supply levels across the facility.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience. Preferred: at least one year of pressure washing experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols; work independently while interacting courteously with others.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.
