5 Day work week
- No nights or weekends in an Air Condition Shop We’re a well-established (over 23 years) busy shop looking for an experienced technician who’s tired of broken promises, and chasing hours. This is not that kind of job. We want a career-level technician who wants excellent pay, steady work, and a professional environment where doing things right actually matters. This position is built for someone who already knows the trade — not entry-level, not learning as you go — but a technician others rely on.

We are looking for a strong B level tech or above.

• $70,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential (we pay for skill).

• 5–10 years professional experience.
• ASE certifications a strong plus.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• Takes pride in clean, correct, repeatable repairs.
• Takes pride in their performance.

• Entry-level or apprentice technicians.
• Anyone who cuts corners to flag hours.
• Shops hoppers or short-term fillers.
