Perform all minor and major repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance tasks on building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems;
Maintain inventory control;
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors;
Complete ground work as directed by Operations Manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas;
Assist with maintenance needs in units and common areas of the facility
