The anticipated shift is based on operational needs and can change at any time with notice. Monday – Friday, 7:45am - 4:15pm

This role is designated as essential and requires incumbents to report to work onsite. Telecommuting is not available for this role.

Under supervision, performs/assists with performing troubleshooting repair, preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system and equipment. Additionally, performs emergency response work, repairs as assigned which may include work outside of primary trade.

Under direction, checks, maintains, repairs and installs all air conditioning–related equipment, evaporative cooling systems. Repairs or replaces evaporators, condensing units and compressors; troubleshoots equipment, makes repairs to equipment, recharges units with refrigerant, checks for leaks. Brazes, cuts, bends, solders, threads and assembles pipes and fittings.

Under direction, performs troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance for ventilation systems and heating systems – forced air, hydronic, steam systems, and related controls. Includes…
