We are reaching out to all CNA's and HHA's looking for Full-Time and Part-Time clients. We want to welcome you to join our team where we know you will be valued by our clients and our staff.
Qualifications- Current CNA or HHA
- Can easily commute to South Suburban and Chicago areas
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least a high school or equivalent education
- Compassion for seniors
- Providing conversation and companionship
- Helping with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and toileting
- Preparing meals and medication reminders
- Assisting with morning or night routine
- Ambulation
- Transportation to and from doctor appointments
- $500 sign‑on bonus after 3 months (average 25 hours a week)
- $100 referral bonus for additional employees after 30 days of hiring
- Starting rate $13.50 – $16 per hour
- CNA tuition reimbursement
- Paid time off
- Paid certification renewal
- Flexible scheduling; full‑time and part‑time shifts available
- Flexible schedules; work with you to balance work and life
- Multiple shift options in many locations
