Nurse Supervisor

Position Overview

Harmony Palos Heights is searching for a Nurse Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team.

As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of the units, supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive culture, ensuring infection prevention, and maintaining adequate staffing to meet residents' needs.

Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. certification, and at least two (2) years of R.N. experience. Preference is given to candidates with prior unit or department management experience and five (5) or more years of R.N. experience.
