Job Title

Wound Care Coordinator RN – Avantara Palos Heights, Palos Heights, IL.

Your work will support the treatment doctor and oversee the wound care team, assisting patients with the delivery of wound care services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. You will perform lifting, turning, and repositioning of residents during wound care, observe changes in condition, ensure a safe environment, and maintain education for patients and staff.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN).
• CPR certification.
• Wound Care certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in wound care treatment.
