The Part-Time Sales Manage r supports the General Manager in delivering strong sales performance and consistent day-to-day club operations. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, supporting team execution, and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-run environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive membership sales by enrolling prospects into all membership and program options
Follow up consistently on leads, guest visits, and sales opportunities
Support daily club operations and assist in managing staff during assigned shifts
Deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests
Answer phones and respond to member and prospect inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready facility
Support achievement of club sales and operational goals
Consistently contribute to membership growth and sales performance
Communicate clearly with members, staff, and management
Address issues promptly and upscale when appropriate
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to CFX dress standards
Be reliable, accountable, and results-oriented during every shift
QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old
Prior fitness or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Personal training certification or fitness-related background is a plus
