Test Proctor - Center for Disability Services (Part Time, Temporary) - 2 Positions
Moraine Valley’s Center for Disability Services excels at ensuring equal access for students with disabilities. The part‑time, temporary role will assist the Center for Disability Services staff with administering and proctoring exams for students who have testing accommodations.
DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Administer and proctor faculty‑issued exams as well as college placement tests to new and current students both individually and in group settings.
- Provide support for less frequently approved accommodations such as reading aloud or scribing information for students.
- Maintain security of exams and assessments at all times and notify staff about any testing irregularities.
- Assist with simple record‑keeping about exams.
- Assist with returning exams to faculty.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)/high school equivalency (HSE) required.
QualificationsGeneral office and customer service skills; familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel). Strong written and oral communication skills are a plus for this role.
