- The office assistant will work closely with our youth programs to ensure student safety and to support instructors by preparing and maintaining all necessary materials and supplies.
- Work‑study students will assist with making copies, printing rosters, checking in students, supervising bathroom breaks and lunch periods, organizing and distributing supplies, and escorting students to and from different buildings.
- Position may require a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Special Instructions to Applicants- During the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours.
- During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week.
- Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours.
- Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Position may require a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
