We are seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Triage client leads and refer to appropriate business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if Series 66 is not held, a passing score must be achieved within 60 days.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging all clients.
- Efficient time-management and capacity utilization in a fast‑paced environment.
- Thorough and thoughtful incorporation of regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
- Federal SAFE Act registration required; must complete background check and maintain registration.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, which may include monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentive opportunities earned based on performance metrics.
